The pretty
towns of Kelseyville, Lakeport and Clearlake are located in the mountains
of Northern California, about an hour northeast of the Napa Valley. Part of
Lake County's wine country, we enjoy wide open space, a neighborly small town
atmosphere, the cleanest air in California, and proximity to major urban
centers like Sacramento (2 hours east), Mendocino (1.5 hours west), and the San
Francisco Bay Area (2.5 hours south).

Clearlake
itself - the lake, not the town - is the largest freshwater lake in
California, and possibly one of the oldest lakes in North America. All caliber
of boaters, skiers and fishermen are attracted here. Residents and vacationers
can hike, camp, hunt, and ride horses, or go hot air ballooning, wine tasting,
and antiquing.

Lake County has
two excellent hospitals and two community colleges,
Mendocino
College and Yuba
College. Agriculture is our economic support, along with light
manufacturing and the timber industry. The median house price house here is
$125,000.
